The customer and project professional discuss and document everything from primary objectives, schedule, and cost to desired outcome.

*Pricing is for initial document writeup with no revisions.  Revision requests outside of the original scope may require additional fees. 

A list of who will be involved (internally & externally) is created and stored for easy accessibility. This is a working document that will be managed by the project professional.  

(Additional fees will be charged for over 100 stakeholders)

This document clearly identifies what the expectation is at project completion. 

*Once it is agreed upon and signed by both the project professional and the customer, it can not be changed without changes to the statement of work and additional fees.

Quantify the amount of time needed and establish effective time management for the duration of the project. 

*The project schedule is initially projected for up to one year.

Quantify project cost, identify finance source, and take steps to ensure its availability for the project term. 

*Ongoing financial efforts may require additional fees

The project professional itemizes resource requirements including raw materials, locations, talent, products, etc. Anything needed to finalize project deliverables will be considered in this step. 

Project professional facilitates meetings, oversees exercises and activities provides status updates, and organizes and updates work packages per schedule & budget plans.

The project professional ensures that the project is running smoothly and looks for ways to improve. Change requests can be submitted and will be documented.

Set up checkpoints for potential problems and follow up with important stakeholders

Regular metrics and updates to help you stay on track

Develop a working list of contingencies and potential setbacks

Implement actions to prevent setbacks and rework

*Pricing is per risk implementation action

Customer is provided written documentation of all project work. Details will include everything from initiation to completion. 

Each item is carefully examined to determine what correction or rework is required. Customer is provided a workup with instructions for implementation

If it is determined that additional resources are needed or require management, the customer is provided a workup  with instructions for implementation (per item)

A final meeting is scheduled to deliverable the desired outcome. Customer receives and signs off on receipt. 

Customers can use this service to request additional project management or business services.  As our way of saying "Thank You" we provide access to project tools or techniques used and assistance with establishing a connection with project professionals associated with our firm. 

Customer can receive copy of what worked and what did not work, a list of all stakeholders involved at the completion of the project and a full workup of all resources related to the project.
